Our menus are designed to capture the tastes of the Cook Islands wherever possible.
Our Rarotonga style fish has been created by our Chef using all local produce. The fish of the day (generally Mahi Mahi, Yellow Fin Tuna or Broadbill) is sourced from the Pacific Ocean surrounding the island; all our fruit and salad produce comes from local sources and the dressings are prepared in the Kikau kitchen.
We can also cater for weddings, special groups or parties. We tailor and prepare set menus to suit you and your special occasion. To find out more visit our Events and Services page.
